I've put in some work to improve the code of the framework. Even if the project moves to more custom implemetnations of threads or rabbitmq, this part has been really helpful for me so I'd like to maintain it.

Moved the implementation of each communication function under a different file for clarity.
Moved from dicts to custom classes when possible.
Script now takes one parameter: the path to the agent.yaml with the configuration to test.
Used a shared context object to keep track of relevant information amongst threads and reduce the number of parameters passed to functions.

Yes, this is definitely cleaner.

I'd propose to put the initial 'Boss' command into the YAML file as well.
