Remove (r)syslog dependency #58

Leave choice to local admin whether plain text system logs are needed or even wanted or if systemd-journald is sufficient.

Cloudprint dies at that end of the year, but there will be another release here to make sure that information is published. We can add this to that release.

@davesteele Many thanks. Yes I read about it in Debian changelog as well. However no reason to not commit low-effort enhancements/fixes inside for the last months 😉.
