AP comes back up after reboot even after a successful connection on last boot. #176

What could be a possible cause for the ap to come back up after the system reboots while having a successful connection on the last boot, where could I check for that? Nothing weird in the daemon log and comitup.log Version : 1.19

Seems like it takes a while for the WiFi to come back up and is a version specific issue, duplicate of #161
