support validator addresses #65

Enables entry of validator addresses in addition to hotspot and account addresses.

This could be enhanced to also pull validators from an account address and include them in the csv. I quickly got this working for my needs, so if you want to improve it before merging that is fine but I figured I would submit what I changed.

partially resolves #64
