I read the following paper. D. Coleman, I. A. Şucan, M. Moll, K. Okada and N. Correll, "Experience-based planning with sparse roadmap spanners," 2015 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA), Seattle, WA, 2015, pp. 900-905. doi: 10.1109/ICRA.2015.7139284

I want to check the effectiveness of Thunder on Moveit. But, 'moveit_planners' repository described in moveit_hrp2.rosinstall does not exist. Could you open source code on public?

It does exist: https://github.com/ros-planning/moveit_planners

But getting the right branch is the harder part. I made PRs but they were never accepted to be merged in.
