Consolidating a lot of initconfig issues:

Does not store default values in the generated config
Stores all aliased versions in the generated config, not just the main one
Not all aliases are respected in the config
The initconfig command fails if required options aren't provided even though initconifig is just writing out a file
You cannot control the name of the file being used or override it (e.g. for dev/prod)

Closing as won't fix as I'd like to keep GLI stable and not make new features or change existing ones without a good use-case
