Gemspec depends on git #49

The created gemspec unnecessarily depends on git installed on the target machine. This should be at least optional.

It uses bundler under the covers to create the gemspec, mostly to keep me from re-creating that feature on my own. Still, this is a fair request.

The dependency on git in the created gemspec is conforming to the recent opiniated choice of bundler + git in #50

IMHO this issue can be closed.

Sounds good to me. That is the idea here, too.
