Firefox reloads all elements on pages of same layout when I use swfobject (static or dynamic)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit this page in firefox: http://aldeawood.ca/QuongPhoto/gallery1.php
2. Navigate between the gallery pages (raptors to seabirds - others not
created yet)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the logo, menus, and footer to NOT reload, since the page layouts
are identical. Instead, all elements on the page are reloading in when
using firefox.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SWFObject 2.1; MAC OS10.5.6; Firefox 3.0.7

Please provide any additional information below.
I have seen some solutions to this problem but they use different code than
the recommended static or dynamic publishing methods. Some info here:

This is not caused by SWFObject.
