Atom_MiSTer isn't displaying correctly on my HDMI TV unless I set forced_scandoubler=0 https://youtu.be/fKVkKJdIseE

forced_scandoubler=1 MiSTer.ini setting is working with the latest release of Atom_20190715.rbf Scandoubler FX in the OSD needs some looking into. Every other selection messes up the screen.
