Siege Ballista can move after attacking #140

Rules text for Siege Ballista says,

Can move instead of attacking this turn

but it can still move after attacking. If this is intended card behavior maybe it should read,

Can not attack after moving

to be more accurate while keeping it clear that it's not like other ranged units.

Fixed this by making it so that it can't use its ability after it's attacked this turn.
