Add new line at end of file when writing a file subject to artisan edit. #151

See in https://github.com/davewx7/citadel/commit/03206e8b8e3ae939d5d5267a8e998cc26bf5f546 how if someone edits a particle system file by hand (see in https://github.com/davewx7/citadel/pull/150 a particle system that needed hand made edits) if edited by vim the default behavior is to add an end of line at end of file.

I would want Argentum Age to add this end of line at end of file in order to reduce diff burden due to manual tweaks to object docs like particle systems are.
