'Mage Tower' puzzle cannot be won #169

Since 0f3547c0fe8428e5c5909b6c7203df6a11a2cfce Fireball cannot target the player anymore. That was the only way to win said puzzle (by adding it and Chain Lightning to a tower, thereby destroying the Ghosts and dealing damage to the opponent directly).

So that's why I couldn't see a way to win it!
