Starting Decks refer to names of non-existing cards #183

When creating the wikipage with contents of pre-built user decks (https://github.com/davewx7/citadel/wiki/Starting-Decks) based on argentum-age/aa/modules/citadel/data/starting-decks.cfg I have realized some of the card names are not available in the Library:

Ghost
Vampire
Troll Whelp
Eager Swordsman

The decks seem to work anyway...

I think the starter decks configuration can be updated, and that it would be good to have it updated.

I'm not 100% sure that would be merged, but I would submit a pull request.
