Energy counter for `Mage Tower`. #211

I was checking current status of https://github.com/davewx7/citadel/issues/169, and captured my attention a missing tooltip at the Mage Tower:

Nowadays it must show an energy tooltip, unless when energy is zero.

See this Oldric's Trap as an example of the expected tooltip:

Must review and fix.
