one tile submitted--feedback from davis received. second tile in progress; logo and weather icons are done; looking at larger color scheme and type palettes.

submitted second tile via slack; received no feedback, so proceeding with first style idea. have starting getting images on the page, but need to work on scripting to choose correct image based on moment.js and API/DB triggers
