Support DBAD licences? #244

Could the Don't be a dick (DBAD) license be supported?

For example js-message states "DBAD" in it's package.json: https://github.com/RIAEvangelist/js-message/blob/master/package.json#L47 It also includes the license: https://github.com/RIAEvangelist/js-message/blob/master/licence.md

Or is this a spdx issue? It's not on their list: https://spdx.dev/spdx-specification-21-web-version/#h.luq9dgcle9mo
