endnotes.xhtml:

<body> should be epub:type="backmatter" not "bodymatter"
First <section> should be epub:type="rearnotes" (This is the weird name the epub spec chose to mean "endnotes")

Also make sure to fix the endnotes.xhtml metadata in the <landmarks> section of the ToC
