clarify x vs y in distribution objects #7

Right now, some functions take x (maybe just dldx and density?) and others take y. This should be as consistent as possible.

I'm not sure what I can do about this. The gamlss folks decided to use x for d and y for gradients. The current approach might be the best I can do.
