CMake Auto-Download and Install Third-party Dependencies #243

Feature

When building with CMake, the build dependencies should automatically download and install by default. The user can override the auto-download behavior with a CMake flag.

This feature is inspired by OpenColorIO.

This issue was described in #217 (https://github.com/david-cattermole/mayaMatchMoveSolver/issues/217#issuecomment-1041564785)

mmSolver version: v0.4.x
Maya version: All
Operating System (OS): Windows and Linux.
