App quits unexpectedly when typing in `readMod` #10

To reproduce:

  1. open the default app
  2. type in clear
  3. type in addMod n/CS2102

  1. type in readMod 1, a window should pop up

  1. Click anywhere outside the app
  2. the app simply quits. error message as indicated below.

Team's Response

The team followed every single step and also tried it on 2 Mac, 2 Windows and 1 Linux computers.

None of us were able to reproduce this error.

We suspect it could be an issue with the user's computer.
