Request Query String Parameters:

The request must have the query string parameter "resource" set to one of "tags", "type_of_supporter", or "appointment_type"

Request Body:

The request body must have the key "new_option" set to the name of the new resource to be created

Response Headers

'Location' : '/tags/{newly created id}'
Response Body
'message' : string indicating whether or not the new resource was created
