It is possible to deactivate the Krankenkosten Abbrechnung, and hide the first Popup for users, to set the Krankenkasse? and offtopic why is that funktion needed? Thanks.

It's on the Roadmap to introduce feature flags for the different kind of 'abrechnung'.
