Escape on message screen then level select crashes #62

@Karoo pressing esc during a message brings up a broken pause screen. in case its not a guaranteed repro, try enabling level_select and making your levels section start with the following: section Level 1 message test and then press new game and then esc, then on this pause screen the options are shifted down 1 from what they are labeled and you only have 3

Fixed. Escape from message was never handled. It is now.
