Un/checking `Discover more` checkbox while host apps tab is refreshing crashes #56

If you check or uncheck the Discover more Host Apps information in the Host Apps tab, it will trigger a refresh of the data in the host apps list. If you then check or uncheck it again while the refresh is happening, the app will crash.
