Help collect ETW logs for report #58

New feature to help capture ETW events. Needs interaction with user starting tracing, performing bug repro, finishing tracing.

Maybe a new dialog opens when you press Create Report that tells you what it found and will include plus a button to start an etw trace to include in the report.
