About tab -> Home tab: WebView2 announcements, wide aspect ratio logo #77

We can get WebView2 announcements headings / dates JSON via https://[api.github.com/repos/MicrosoftEdge/WebView2Announcements/issues](https://api.github.com/repos/MicrosoftEdge/WebView2Announcements/issues) and add a 'news' sort of feed to the about page.

Would be nice to have a wide aspect ratio logo instead of current logo

What about big scenario buttons to take you to other tabs
