sorry for disturbing times and times again. I downloaded the 1000 synthetic heart meshes data in 40 directories, with each contained 25 vtk files, like this: image the file name in directory "Final_models_01" and "Final_models_02" ,and other 25, are the same , so it is not good to put the 1000 files in one directory. then firstly in convert_ascii2binary.py, the convertion can just process one director. And, the second and third step, I dn't know the mean of "binary/meshes" and "heart/meshes/". Are they the result of the previous step? Maybe there will other settings in the "3D Cardiac Reconstruction" setting of ShapeNet files. So, Can you give any explainations about the directory settings ? thanks. Best wishes. whucsu

Hey @david-stojanovski @whucsu can I get your email or a faster way to communicate? I need help running this repository. Do we need pseudo images or synthetic Ultrasounds for this project to run? Or after running the first three scripts as mentioned. Is that data enough and we just go ahead with the training step?
