Ability to move Flashcards Sets up and down #10

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great to be able to move flashcard Sets up and down in the left panel, so the user is able to reorder his work at any time… e.g.: something like what NewsFlash offers for RSS feeds / feed categories (see screencast below)
