The Set is created even if the user cancels the operation #46

Describe the bug

clicking on the "add a set" button and pressing the ESC key does not prevent the set from being created

To Reproduce

click on the "add set" button and press ESC

Expected behavior

the set should not be created

Additional context

I think we could prevent this with the user being forced to put a name on the set
