Tracking Mode #2

Add another option (configurable via the interface, default false) that allows the user to enable a tracking mode. When enabled, this would ignore the position specified in the global timelapse data table and instead take the next screenshot centred on the player.

Will not be implemented for the 0.1.2 release, might be implemented in a future release.
