Fix ardour5 for High Sierra #15

I need these two patches to the ardour build scripts in order to fix the build on High Sierra.

The first one is just a cherry pick from their master branch.

The second one is not from their repo but is in line with a similar change for El Capitan: https://github.com/Ardour/ardour/commit/5dbfca995342dde7bfccf9ac3dd52ab3a20ccb29

I suggest you copy the patches from my gist to yours.

I will close this pull request because I assume its outdated anyway. Feel free to open a new up-to-date pull request to update the ardour formula (i did not try it since a long time)
