_X1 _X4 _FULL #224

Would it be possible to add a _FULL version of constructors next to _X1 and 
_X4, like U8GLIB_ST7920_128X64_FULL In full mode, the whole screen buffer is 
allocated and the graphics is drawn only once, because sometimes the memory is 
not the issue and getting extra speed will help.

well, yes... maybe i could add _X8  which actually is equivalent for _FULL

more flexible page buffers.
moved to 2.xx
decided not to implement this at the moment...
