Can we include the install scripts here? #1

There is a link to the install package in the Readme file.

The old BAT script that was used in Quasar-FCU isn't needed here. It was useful to download, build NPM packages and start the two processes. The instructions for running MMC is much simpler, there is only one process to start. So for people using NodeJS to run MMC the instructions in the Readme should be enough.

So suggest closing this issue now.
