Incorrect behaviour when modifying group structures whilst group is undergoing contact. #4

Modifying group structures when in the middle of contact: Object and Group
arbiters are not updated to the change causing incorrect behaviour when it
comes to callbacks.

This is most likely to occur also when modifying object structures with
Object and Shape arbiters not being updated to the change.

I've worked out where the problem lies, and is now 'partially' fixed in my home 
version.

As far as I can tell, it is now fixed. Though i may change it as i can foresee
problems as various assumptions are made about how you want it to behave.
