Documentation: Add make as build requirement #265

Up to now make is a silent requirement. This can be problematic in minimal build environments, e.g. containers, as the documented prerequisite are not sufficient.

Could you also update the README.tpl.md file? README.md is auto-generated from README.tpl.md so they should be modified together.
