Certain Chinese characters are not pronounced by IBMTTS #89

For example, the Chinese character "号" cannot be pronounced by IBMTTS. There are other examples, I am using 6.4.1.0 of IBMECI.dll

How is this character supposed to be pronounced? It seems to be said fine here....

This Chinese character is pronounced similar to the English word "How"

Can you try typing it again? Seems it didn't go through.
