doi not found. Encoding issue? #52

I tried 10.1021/jp031064+ on doi2bib.org and obtained Not Found. But visiting https://doi.org/10.1021/jp031064+ works fine. Could it be a problem encoding the + character?

The doi mentioned by you is not fit to work with a similar doi resolver based on scipython here, nor the one by zotero zbib.org either.

However, it is successfully resolved (as in guiding to the publication's landing page, then you have to trigger the export of the .bib manually) by the chemistry reference resolver. The later equally runs as an extension of web browsers like firefox, too.
