shinyapp leafcutter #219

I saw a couple of people have listed to run shiny app problems I was trying to apply but it doesn't work. 

Rscript ./run_leafviz.R ../../../ctrvsfnf.RData

I tried to open it both chrom, safari, but I could not open them up. Any ideas?

Did you try using the standalone version of Leafviz? https://github.com/jackhump/leafviz
