Template does not compile #2

Hello, I'm trying to compile the template on Overleaf and it does not seem to work and gets a time-out error. I have an extended compilation time on Overleaf (about 4 minutes); even with that, it does not compile in time. Please see the screenshot below of the compilation timeout error I'm getting below.

For anyone who is still having issues loading the Thesis template on Overleaf. I have created a fork that fixes the slow compile on Overleaf.
