Enamerate in 0.9.4 #104

Enamerate is not present in the latest release. Is it possible to add enamerate in the latest release or explain in the documentation that this function is not available adding the package using pgk add ?

I think it might have been a while before the code got a release number, I think it is in 0.9.5 now
