Update packages and adapt syntax accordingly #12

Hi David,

thank you for creating such a wonderful package. Newer versions of Plots.jl triggered warnings because the naming of parameters changed, e.g. xlabel changed to xguide. I used this rework to update all the packages and bumped the version to 0.3.2.

Thanks for the work! A lot of changes in the Manifest, I wonder if that file should be in the repo or not.

It's been a while since I've used the code myself, I don't believe I've even used Plots.jl myself.
