ssl problem #2

-- I've got this error (60) and couldn't find a solution to fix it.

php -f goLive.php Loading InstagramLive-PHP v0.3... Logging into Instagram... Error 1 While Logging in to Instagram: Network: CURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html).
