This is a typo on page 342.
At the very end of the first paragraph, "clFinish()" is said to be called after
the "clEnqueueReleaseGLObjects()" call. I believe "clFinish()" should be called
immediately *before* the "clEnqueueReleaseGLObjects()" call.
