Add caching to save embed.ly api calls OR find an open-source solution that does the same thing #46

current limit is at 50'000 urls per month but we're about to hit that before the end of jan. suggestions and "read right now" lead to a lot of urls being called multiple times.

yepp, that's a problem. since the 'read right now' feature was my idea, I'll take care of a simple caching solution in the near future. have to professionalize my hobby hosting environment first ;)

everyone, this is becoming kind of pressing. I've already raised the limit to 200'000 urls per month and it's been smashed again (we've been at 20-40k url per day for the past 4 days). any hints to open source solutions are welcome!
