Can´t get authorization when I use the developers console #288

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I log in in my google account (where I have created a project with OAUTH and 
public access).

2. I go to developer's console to test an endpoint 
(https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer/#p/youtube/v3/youtube.activities.li
st).

3. I request OAUTH authorization when needed.

4. I get a 401 forbidden error when I'm trying to retrieve my key. 

Can you verify my account and act accordingly?
