Opening up the app the first time is very inconveniencing #1

Description: When opening the app for the first time, the initial settings of the gui window is too tall and I cannot reposition the window unless I change the horizontal window size. It is very unintuitive and inconveniences the user

Steps to reproduce : Open app for the first time(or make sure there are no existing data or config files)

This is an inheritied behaviour from AB3.

Reason for disagreement: This should not be considered an addressbook related bug because AB3 opens up nicely in the middle of the desktop screen. The only reason this might have happened is because the initial size was not properly tested and standardized despite being such a trivial thing to do.
