[mylatex] Undefined control sequence #30

When attempting to compile

\documentclass[preview]{standalone}

\usepackage[english]{babel}
\usepackage{amsmath}
\usepackage{amssymb}

\begin{document}

\begin{align*}
\psi(x) = 1.67
\end{align*}

\end{document}

I get

Should have read the past issues. latex -ini "&pdflatex" mylatex.ltx 1db01b6b2822b336.tex works

However, I can't seem to get the file to compile:

Sorry I can't guess what you want


latex -fmt=mylatex.fmt 1db01b6b2822b336.aux

to do, aux files are never designed to be given to tex on the commandline?

For general help questions rather than bug reports it's better to use a site such as https://tex.stackexchange.com

I'll close this as you solved the original issue. Please feel free to open another issue if you have a reproducible file showing a bug.
