Force python 3.7 in conda environment on ubuntu (20.04) #100

How can I force the installation of python 3.7 on ubuntu? I like to use and work with the package TreeTool which depends on 3.7. (https://github.com/porteratzo/TreeTool) I have a light background and experiences in scripting (web, R) but i am a newbie in python, conda Thanks and cheers, Carsten
