Added /lang/:id and /lang/:name #17

This new resource contains the list of available translations for a card. It can be obtained by id (gatherer/multiverse id) or by card name.

Excellent! I'll have a proper look at this as soon as I get a chance. I'm in the process of moving, so it might be a few days before I have a reliable Internet connection away from the office.
