Feature description

Add another plot type to the gearDeployment.plot method, that plots a summary of the deployment. This could include:

Incubation sensor/geochemical data
- Add sun angle (as daytime/nighttime indication)
- Add protocol events (e.g. injections, chamber down, etc.)
Metadata (Cruise, etc.)
- Cruise
- Gear
- Location
- Depth
- Time
- Deployment/recovery protocol comments
A map showing the deployments location
Photos

There should also be an option to print this summary as PDF for a vector of gearDeployment instances.
